That’s no problem at all. If we can’t meet in person, we can communicate virtually. As the project progresses, you’ll receive messages—via WhatsApp, for example—with sketches and design proposals, as well as photos and videos of the gemstones to help you make your selection. You will, of course, be kept informed via email about the project’s progress. Once your new treasure is ready, we will ship it to you securely.
We ship worldwide; shipping costs may vary depending on the destination. Please note that import fees are the customer’s responsibility. In France, shipping is free.

Before we even begin working on your custom piece, we invite you to browse the Anaïs C. collections and the bespoke collection on our website, as well as our Instagram profile ( @anaisc.bijouxbijoux).
After that, please contact us to schedule an appointment with Anaïs. The appointment can take place either in person at her studio in Biarritz or over the phone. Feel free to email us at contact@anaisc.com.
Since every custom project is highly personal and unique, the steps involved may vary.
Following your appointment, Anaïs will work on a proposal, and in some cases, you will receive sketches. Each piece of Anaïs C. jewelry is hand-sculpted, created using her own unique method and the traditional lost-wax casting technique. As a result, each piece features delicate textural details—distinctive marks that cannot be captured on paper.
Once the prototype or sketch has been approved by the customer, we will send you a quote via email. Quotes are valid for only 7 days due to fluctuations in the price of gold. Once the quote has been accepted via email, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before we begin crafting the custom piece of jewelry.

A custom-made piece is crafted to order—arguably the most personal gift one can give or receive. Choosing the stone or stones is a deeply emotional experience.
I love recommending the fabulous emerald for engagement rings, but also for special occasions such as birthdays or major events. This gemstone is magical in so many ways. Although highly prized in the jewelry world, they are actually rarely set in engagement rings. For added sparkle, a pavé setting or a few diamonds will beautifully complement the magnetic green of this gemstone.
An old-cut diamond is also a rare gemstone and a truly fascinating choice for an engagement ring. It is difficult to find this type of gemstone, which was cut in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. These diamonds have fewer facets than modern cuts, which gives them a unique charm.
For baby gifts, I usually recommend colored gemstones such as sapphires or the delicate beauty of pearls.

Alterations are included in made-to-measure and semi-made-to-measure orders, but shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
ANAÏS C. only performs alterations on its own designs. -
Semi-custom designs are based on an existing model created by Anaïs Cartier, which the client can customize by choosing different materials and gemstones.
Bespoke designs, on the other hand, are entirely original creations. They can be inspired by ANAÏS C. models or stem entirely from your own imagination. -
Gemstones can be reset provided they are in excellent condition and of high quality. Anaïs Cartier, a trained gemologist, reserves the right to make this determination.
Gold can certainly be recycled and reused to create a new piece of jewelry. Please note that there will be a slight weight difference between the gold you bring in and your new piece of jewelry, due to melting, cleaning, and filing. Whether it’s yellow, rose, or white gold, all types can be melted down.
