DELIVERY

- The Anais C. website ships throughout France (excluding P.O. boxes) and worldwide.

- Once Anaïs C. has confirmed the order and payment has been received, the product will be shipped within the timeframe specified on the product page and in the confirmation email.

-  La livraison classique en France est gratuite et s’effectue par La Poste en envoi sécurisé valeur déclarée et remis contre signature.

-  La livraison en Europe et à l’international s’effectue par DHL en envoi sécurisé valeur déclarée et remis contre signature. Elle est gratuite pour toutes les commandes supérieures à 600€.

- The buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the contact information provided at the time of ordering.

- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, regardless of the country of shipment.

- For shipments outside France, local taxes (customs duties, local VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the buyer. We encourage the buyer to inquire about the applicable costs in their country of residence.

- The delivery time may be extended appropriately in the event of force majeure preventing delivery, including customs delays, strikes, wars, natural disasters, shortages of raw materials used in jewelry manufacturing, operational disruptions, and transportation difficulties. We cannot be held liable for these events or their impact on the delivery time of these packages. A case of force majeure does not constitute grounds for terminating the sales contract.

RETURNS

- The buyer may return the product if they are not satisfied with it within 14 days of receipt.

- Since the jewelry is made to order, refunds are issued in the form of store credit. If the buyer paid via PayPal, PayPal transaction fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

- The buyer must notify us of their intention to return the product by email before the 14-day period expires at the following address:contact@anaisc.com

 - The buyer must return the merchandise to the address provided in the reply email outlining the return procedures. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and customs duties.

 - However, we will only accept returns of jewelry if all of the following conditions are met:

 - The buyer must notify the seller of their intention to return the product within the specified time frame.

 - The product must not have been worn, used, altered, washed, or damaged.

 - The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the purchase receipt.

 - Please note that custom-made jewelry or any alterations made at the customer’s request to Anaïs C. jewelry cannot be returned under any circumstances.

- If, despite the care taken in the manufacture and quality control of the items, the buyer discovers a manufacturing defect, the buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email to:contact@anaisc.com.
