DELIVERY
- The Anaïs C. website delivers throughout France, excluding P.O. boxes, and to the rest of the world.
- Following confirmation from the Anaïs C. website and receipt of payment, the product will be dispatched within the timeframe specified on the product page and in the confirmation email.
- La livraison classique en France est gratuite et s’effectue par La Poste en envoi sécurisé valeur déclarée et remis contre signature.
- La livraison en Europe et à l’international s’effectue par DHL en envoi sécurisé valeur déclarée et remis contre signature. Elle est gratuite pour toutes les commandes supérieures à 600€.
- The buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the contact details provided when placing an order.
- Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer, regardless of the country of shipment.
- For deliveries outside France, local taxes (such as customs duties and local VAT) are the responsibility of the buyer. We advise buyers to inquire about these costs in their country of residence.
- Delivery times may be appropriately extended in cases of force majeure preventing delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, customs delays, strikes, wars, natural disasters, shortages of raw materials used in jewelry manufacturing, operational disruptions, and transport difficulties. We cannot be held responsible for these events or their impact on the delivery timeframe for parcels. A force majeure event does not grant the right to terminate the sales contract.
RETURNS
- The buyer may return the product if it is not suitable, within 14 days of receipt.
- As jewelry items are made to order, refunds are issued as store credit. If the buyer paid via PayPal, any PayPal commission fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- The buyer must inform us of their intention to return the product by email before the 14-day period expires, at the following address: contact@anaisc.com
- Goods must be returned by the buyer to the address provided in the response email outlining the return procedures. Return shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
- However, we will only accept returns of jewelry if all the following conditions are met:
- The buyer informs the seller of their intention to return the product within the specified timeframe.
- The product must not have been worn, used, modified, washed, or damaged.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
- We wish to inform the buyer that a BESPOKE jewelry item or a modification made to an Anaïs C. piece at the client's request cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Should the buyer discover a manufacturing defect, despite all the care taken in the production and quality control of our items, they must inform us within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email to: contact@anaisc.com.
